I own a pair of grey ugg boots in the style bailey button tall. I normally wear size 9.5 in shoes, but I bought the bailey button in size 8 and it fits perfectly. 2 years later, it's stretched out just enough to be comfortable, but not too loose or too tight. I bought the bailey bow tall in size 9 due to reviewers suggestions, a WHOLE size smaller than my buttons. These boots were still to small, as my foot could barely make it though the opening! The calf area looked weird because it seemed to bunch up very tight around my calf. The foot area was probably accurate length wise, but my foot was extremely squished inside. It's like they made this boot shorter in height from the top of my foot to the bottom of my foot. Super irritating because these shoes are extremely cute! So unless your calf and feet are relatively thin, you might have the same problem as I did. Length wise, the boot was accurate, I might purchase a size 10 to see if it has a little more "give" and a bigger calf, but I fear it will be a waste of time and will have to return it again. Plus I dont want to be walking around with huge boots on, because they already make your feet appear larger. I'm extremely disappointed in UGG for making this boot fit inconsistently with the rest of their collection.

Great concept but I'm soooo disappointed in the sizing of these. My son wears a size 7 right now so I got these in a size 8 hoping he will have a little room but the warm insert in these was at best a size 5!!! I ultimately took the warm insert out (which defeats the whole purpose of buying these shoes) and we now just use these for waterproof quality with three pairs of socks for warmth. Without the insert there is plenty of room and they seem to be a true 8. So I would say the flaw is in the design... If I was to get the size that would fit my son's foot with an insert, his feet would look gigantic... given he is 3.5 years old he would probably end up falling all the time.

Quality for Cat dropped a LOT!!! Fits a bit larger than others in same size and you will notice also the difference in quality. I had to ship it back(easy at Amazon) and went for Cactus and believe me, is WAY WAY better and fits as it should.
Very stiff leather and not what CAT used to be. Have another CAT pair for over ten years now and when you polish those they look like new. These are not made to last....
