The shoes arrived on time and as pictured. They are comfortable and warm. They seem a little small but over time will probably loosen up as the lining flattens out. Unless you are really close to the next shoe size I'd order in your usual size, of course if you plan on wearing socks with them then I'd order up. I actually returned mine because they were a little more then what I was expecting and don't need quite that much warm and durability. I'm going to AK for a couple weeks in September and the shoes seemed excessive but if I was going in January I think they'd be a must. I love them and if I didn't live in FL I'd keep them. I hope they continue to make these for years to come and I'd buy them in a heartbeat if I was going somewhere super cold. The only thing I'd change is to make the arch higher/more supportive. These are better then most other Uggs but still not high enough to for me. For reference I wear a size 10, have high archers, and narrow feet.

Unfortunately these started to fall apart after the 2nd week. The plastic material is very cheap it seems. Just peeled off. Super dissapointed
