Ugg's are truly fabulous boots. Very warm, very stylish and really comfy. No arch support but if you need that, wear orthotics in them. I love mine. They may feel a tiny bit snug initially but once the fleece compresses a bit, they're a true size fit. Treat them with stain and water repellent before wearing for long lasting good looks and water repellency.

Bought these for my wife as an x-mas gift. fit was a bit tight in the shaft but stretched out after a few days. After 16 days they tore along the seam on the top of the boot...we put a white piece of paper in them to show the size of the tear they were worn very little not enough to tear so easy. the quality seemed well enough they seemed sturdy up to that point, also I might point out that it was an odd place for them to tear considering you pull them on it seems as though they would have ripped from the back. Amazon was wonderful as always made the return easy and issued a refund as soon as they received the item.

I love these boots. I read several reviews that said these run big, but that wasn't the case for me. I usually wear a 7.5. I bought a 7 in these boots. They were a little tight when I first put them on (I even thought about exchanging them for an 8). After I wore them a little they seemed to stretch just a little bit and they fit fine now. They are super cute and warm. I like how these are a little taller than most ugg-style boots.

I am normally a size 11. Thinking that a size bigger will be more comfortable for a pair of boot, I got a size 12. However, size 12 is also tight and have to return it. I got a size 11 skechers instead and it fits perfectly
